Step 1: Book your time

Choose a convenient available appointment. If you cannot find a suitable time, WhatsApp Rosa to ask about cancellations. Tell the practice what you would like help with so the hour can be set aside properly.

Come to the rooms in Glen Austin, Midrand. Address and map are on the contact page. Bring any current glasses, a previous script if you have one, and a list of medicines.

Step 2: Get a proper examination

We start with why you are here, then a comprehensive examination, about an hour. Ask as we go. This is one optometrist, not a hand-off between stations. You leave understanding your vision instead of feeling rushed or confused.

Step 3: Choose your next step

If you need glasses or lenses, the quote is broken into frame, lenses and extras. You choose. Nothing extra is added at collection that was not agreed. Exact figures are given in the room.

Once your order is confirmed, Rosa keeps you updated on the laboratory process and expected collection date.

If something is wrong

Say so. Remakes and adjustments are handled in the practice. WhatsApp or call the same number you booked with.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend clinics?
