The Village Optom collects only what is needed to examine you, make glasses or lenses, and keep the appointment you booked.
Do not send identity numbers, full medical histories or payment-card details through the website contact links or WhatsApp unless Rosa has asked you to. Booking through the calendar asks for name, email and phone so we can confirm the slot.
