What to bring to an eye test in Midrand

Bring these if you have them
- The glasses you currently wear, even if they no longer feel quite right.
- A previous script, if you have one.
- A list of medicines.
- Contact lenses and the case, if you wear them or want them discussed.
- An employer or licence form, if that is why you are coming.
You do not need to prepare a medical history essay
The hour is there so you can explain what you are experiencing in the room. Write a short list of questions if that helps you remember them.
