Who it is for
Patients with a current prescription, including one we have just written or a suitable outside script.

- Choose frames with time, then an itemised quote, which means you see the parts before you pay.
- Lab, then collection. We check the fit, and we verify the lenses when time allows. We do not promise same-day glasses.
Questions
How quickly will my glasses be ready?
Turnaround depends on the lenses and laboratory process. After you pay, we tell you when the job has gone to the lab and when to collect.
Will extras appear at collection?
No. Nothing extra is added at collection that was not agreed.
