Who it is for

People arriving with a prescription from another practitioner.

Three steps

1. Bring the written prescription and any current glasses.
2. Review, and recheck where possible before glasses are ordered, which means we are not silently converting an unverified script into a guarantee.
3. Decide plainly. If it cannot be verified, the risk of proceeding sits with that script, and we will say so.

Questions

Can I bring a prescription from somewhere else?

A suitable outside prescription can be discussed. Rosa rechecks where possible and will explain when an older or unverified script cannot be relied on without further examination.

Will you still make the glasses if you cannot verify it?

We will say so before you pay. An unverified script is not treated as our measurement. See glasses from an outside prescription.
