One-hour eye test in Midrand

An hour reserved so you are not rushed

The calendar is built around about 60 minutes with one optometrist in Glen Austin, plus a buffer so the next person is not waiting in the doorway.

Photography needed: consultation room, wide. Authentic rooms only.

Who it is for

Anyone who wants an unhurried comprehensive eye test rather than a screening squeezed into a retail minute.

Three steps

  1. Pick a slot Rosa will actually sit. Monday and Friday have one appointment. Tuesday and Thursday run 10:00-16:00.
  2. Use the hour. Same comprehensive examination as the main eye-test visit, which means the length is the differentiator, not a shorter test.
  3. Leave with a next step. Questions answered in the room, which means you are not saving them for a queue you never get.

Questions

I do not have time for a long appointment.

The appointment is longer to reduce rushing, repeat explanations and uncertain decisions.

If the week is full, can you add an hour?

No. We do not add unpublished extra hours. The calendar is the capacity source.

Rosa van der Walt, optometrist. HPCSA OP0047600. Practice 0393401.
